Bits Bytes & Numbers Pty. Ltd (BBN), or its directors, has been in operation since 1980 providing Financial, Quality and Testing services to small, medium and large size business in Sydney, Australia.

 

Our organisation specialises in design and implementation of Information Technology (IT) and Business methodologies, IT testing management and financial services for different vertical markets.

 

BBN has design a simple and flexible but robust Development Lifecycle for IT and/or business projects that provides structure to the process so the project team and stakeholders have a complete understanding of the current project status. Will supports total visibility and predictability and will enable the project teams to make choices to achieve the business goals and constraints.

 

This methodology provide the following facilities:

How to begin module This module will be used as step by step guide for the project manager to initiate the project, for example the initial project registration, Project Brief, Business case...etc
The Project cycles (Gates) Initiation, Business Investigation, System Definition ....etc
Auditing the quality of your project deliverables All required information on how to audit the quality of your projects
All required templates We will provide you with all the required templates the project will need including samples  of the critical documentation, for example the Business requirements, The testing strategy
How to control your project (Budgets, schedules) This module is divided into 2 areas as follows:

  • Project Classification (To define the type of project (Small, Medium or Large)

  • Budgets

  • Daily control (Milestones)

Quality Assurance This module define the quality reviews to ensure all deliverables are on time as per schedule to ensure there are no budgets overruns.
Testing Modules

(IT and/or Business)

 This modules will define your testing as follows:

How to begin testing (What to do)

  • Required templates

  • How to control the testing

  • How to control defects

  • Testing management (Meeting, reviews etc)

How to Complete Module This module addresses the requirements for the final signed off, the Delivery and the Post Implementation review process
